cachetierlab.com helps you with sourcing, coordinating, and organizing steps related to vehicle purchase, appraisal/inspection scheduling, test drives, and communication with sellers or third parties. We coordinate logistics and support decision-making; we do not become the seller of any vehicle unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

2) What is and is not guaranteed

• Availability: Vehicle listings, sellers, and appointment slots depend on third parties and may change.
• Pricing: Final price, fees, and any financing conditions are determined by the seller/financing provider. We do not guarantee a specific price or approval.
• Financing: If you request financing, approval is subject to the financing provider’s criteria; we cannot guarantee approval or terms.
• Results: We provide coordination and information to support your choice, but we do not guarantee technical condition, legality, history, or fitness of any vehicle.

3) Appointments, test drives, and inspections

When you request an appointment, test drive, or inspection, cachetierlab.com will coordinate with relevant parties to schedule and organize the visit. The scope of our involvement is limited to coordination: attendance, access to the vehicle, and findings from inspections depend on the seller and qualified service providers. If you need specific inspection requirements, discuss them during coordination.

4) Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access it through unauthorized methods, or misuse information provided on the website.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cachetierlab.com is not liable for losses caused by third parties, delays in appointments, changes in pricing or availability, or decisions you make based on information obtained through coordination. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Ukrainian law.

6) Online purchases / distance contracts (if applicable)

If ordering through this website could qualify as a distance contract under Ukrainian law, you will be provided with mandatory pre-contract information before you place an order, in accordance with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII (зокрема стаття 13 «Право споживача у разі укладення договору на відстані»).
